5-Day Return Policy

At ByeBug, your satisfaction is our priority.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
• All original packaging, accessories, and manuals must be included.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

• The product has been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
• The return request is made after 5 days from the delivery date.

Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days using your original payment method or an agreed alternative for Cash on Delivery orders.

Return Shipping

• If the product is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
• For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
